From May 3 to 4, the first Lisheng Super Track Festival of 2026 kicked off passionately at Hunan International Circuit. Nearly 50 vehicles of various types from all fields gathered on track, including cars, motorcycles and bicycles sharing the same venue. The event featured a diverse lineup of activities such as track parades, SuperLap Time Attack, one-make challenge races, simulator sprint contests and multi-model showdowns. It delivered an accessible speed weekend open to all participants, bringing a thrilling highlight to the May Day holiday.

Track parade stands out as one of the most immersive sessions of the Track Festival. Cars, motorcycles and bicycles cruise the circuit side by side. For most participants, it delivers a brand-new experience of bringing daily rides onto the racetrack.

Speed is no longer confined to screens and professional races. As the racetrack opens its gates to more enthusiasts, the dividing line between driving and riding fades away. All kinds of motorsport passions converge on the circuit, creating an authentic atmosphere where people bond over their shared love for vehicles.

On the event day, a fleet of classic MINIs from Hong Kong lined up on track, with some models dating all the way back to 1972. These compact cars boasting retro styling and nimble handling took to the circuit, creating a spectacular visual scene full of appeal.

Classics are far more than just outward appearances — they represent a timeless driving ethos that endures to this day. Set against the fast-paced backdrop of the racetrack, this retro sentiment is infused with brand-new vitality.

Beyond the crowd-friendly parade experience, competitive racing on track also reached full throttle. Kicking off the competition schedule was the SuperLap Time Attack, where drivers chased ultimate single-lap performance and kept pushing their limits, setting new personal bests through pinpoint control and consistent rhythm.

On May 4th, the one-make challenge races, simulator sprint contests and multi-model showdowns took place one after another. The diversified competition formats allowed participants of all skill levels to find their own place to shine. The brand-new multi-model showdown gathered vehicles of various brands and model lines on the same track for cross-category head-to-head races. Beyond fierce competition, the racetrack was filled with a laid-back, fun vibe that served as a great social hub for car enthusiasts.

From leisurely track parades to high-speed time attacks, gatherings of vintage vehicles to diverse competitive races, this year’s Lisheng Super Track Festival embraces a more inclusive mindset, inviting more people to step onto, experience and truly understand the racetrack. Participants from all walks of life and different automotive circles come together, united by the shared passion for driving and riding. They forge connections on the circuit and find common ground amid the thrill of speed. We look forward to seeing you at the next event!
