SEC Super Endurance Championship At the same time, it is also the first domestic competition to challenge the 12-hour endurance race, which can be called "Le Mans of China"! SEC, formerly known as the Wind and Cloud Battle · Endurance Race, has been held since 2010 and is the pioneer of China's field endurance race. The event was renamed as the SEC Super Endurance Championship in March 2016, and Guangdong Seli Automobile Marketing Planning Co., Ltd., in conjunction with operators such as Beijing China Automobile Federation Circuit, Shanghai Tianma Circuit, Chengdu International Circuit, TMRA Taiwan Motorsport Association, launched several sub-races this year, including SEC Guangdong, SEC Beijing, SEC Shanghai, SEC Southwest, and SEC China Taipei. Each year, multiple sub-station trials (3, 4, 5 or 6 hours) will be held in each race area. The drivers selected through the sub-station trials will gather at GIC Guangdong International Circuit at the end of the year to launch an impact on the 12-hour endurance race!
The SEC Super Endurance Championship is a series of events approved by the General Administration of Sport of the People's Republic of China and the China Automobile and Motorcycle Sports Federation, registered with the International Automobile Federation, and included in the annual national sports competition plan and the China Automobile and Motorcycle League calendar.
The SEC Super Endurance Championship (Guangdong Division) was registered as a local event in the China Automobile and Motorcycle Federation. For the participating drivers, the SEC Super Endurance Championship (Guangdong Region) has become a good competition platform for the drivers to upgrade the points required for the Class A race photo, and also a platform for maintaining the Class A photo.
